Air pressure detection: When the air pressure does not meet the production requirements of the equipment, the equipment will be shut down for protection to prevent the production of defective products;

3. Adopting high-performance motion controllers and closed-loop control of servo motors from China Science and Technology Corporation to ensure stable and reliable high-speed labeling.

4. Equipped with a 750W high-power, high torque inertia feeding motor, the marking speed can reach 100 meters per minute.

5. Adopt 8 sets of 400w small inertia servo motors, which communicate with the controller EtherCAT to ensure fast response of the servo.

6. By using servo positioning, the rotation trajectory of the bottle can be freely set. If there is a mismatch between the bottle speed and steering during the production process, it can be fine tuned at any time.

7. Due to the use of servo drive, the noise is low. The wear is also smaller than that of gear transmission in traditional mechanical camshafts.

8. Changing bottle types is fast and stable, making it easy to add and adjust whether it is round, square, or small bottles.

9. The accuracy of the starting position is good. Due to the lack of transmission clearance in servo positioning, the starting position accuracy is ± 1mm under the premise of stable bottle size. The accuracy of the starting position will affect the position of the label pattern on the bottle body. And the servo positioning can also freely change the starting position.
