In order to maintain the self-adhesive labeling machine and extend its service life, the following measures can be taken:

1、 Daily cleaning and maintenance

Regular cleaning:

The self-adhesive labeling machine will generate certain dust and dirt during use. If not cleaned in time, it will affect the labeling effect and service life of the equipment. Therefore, users should regularly clean the equipment. When cleaning, first disconnect the power supply, then use a cleaning cloth dipped in an appropriate amount of cleaning agent to gently wipe the outer surface and labeling part of the equipment. Be careful to avoid using excessive cleaning agents to prevent damage to the equipment. Special attention should be paid to cleaning the label tray and printing head to ensure that the surface is clean and free of sticky substances.

Clean the interior:

After daily use, the label roll should be removed and the internal and external surfaces of the machine, especially the printing head, should be wiped with a damp cloth to remove any sticky or easily contaminating substances attached. Dip a cleaning cloth in cleaning solution and thoroughly clean the inside of the machine, especially the mechanical and transmission chain parts, to clean the effective wheels and ensure their smooth operation.

2、 Lubrication and Inspection

Lubricating components:

The important part of the self-adhesive labeling machine needs regular lubrication to reduce mechanical wear and increase service life. When lubricating, lubricating oil should be dripped onto wear-resistant parts such as effective wheels, transmission chains, and sliding core shafts. Be careful not to lubricate excessively to avoid equipment failure. At the same time, the selection and replacement cycle of lubricating oil should be determined according to the requirements of the equipment and the operation manual.

Check the transmission components:

Regularly check whether the transmission components of the self-adhesive labeling machine are tightened, such as whether the belts, chains, etc. are loose, and whether there are signs of wear. If looseness or wear is found, adjust or replace it promptly.

3、 Maintenance of electrical components

Electrical inspection:

The electrical part is the core component of the adhesive labeling machine, and its circuit must be ensured to operate well. It is generally recommended to conduct a monthly inspection and maintenance of electrical components, especially for power supply, wire connections, wiring terminals, and grounding terminals. Check if the power contact is good and if there is a short circuit phenomenon; Check the high-voltage and low-voltage components inside the power box, eliminate dust and dirt accumulation; Check the circuit connections and tighten the metal parts; Check the drive control system and debug it normally; Check circuit breakers, residual current devices, and grounding wires to ensure that electrical components are working properly.
